For memory care facilities and the families who trust them
It will take memory. It doesn't have to take a person's place in the world, their sense of being known, or the record of who they were. Beloved Minds is daily wellness infrastructure for memory care — one call at a time.
How she likes to talk
Level 3 — real conversation, quick to laugh, with a gentle nudge when a word won't come.
When she gets confused
Her daughter asked us never to correct her. Honored on every call.
What she loves to talk about
Being crowned rodeo queen at 16 · cutthroat Scrabble · the secret language her mother invented · the singing bear at Disneyland whose song the family laughed about for decades
An example profile — every resident is set up before the first call.
Connecting Hearts & Minds, One Call At A Time
We are not a companionship app. We are not a check-in service.
We are daily wellness infrastructure.
Engineered to meet each resident exactly where they are — and to move with them as it changes.
What actually happens
Every day, Bella calls Janet by name. She asks about the year she was crowned rodeo queen, about the secret language her mother invented, about the singing bear at Disneyland whose song the family laughed about for decades — because she knows all of it. Janet laughs. She tells a story she has told before, and it is met as though for the first time. When she can't find a word, Bella waits. When she's confused, Bella agrees, because that is what her daughter asked for.

That is one call. Here is what it sets in motion — without anyone on your team lifting a finger.
And tomorrow it happens again — picking up where this one left off.
For memory care & assisted living
Beloved Minds is built for facilities, not consumers. We integrate into the way you already operate — giving directors a clear view of resident wellbeing, reducing the daily load on staff, and giving families a reason to choose and stay with your community.

Roll out across a building of residents under a single agreement, with onboarding designed around your staff's workflow.
A staff dashboard with engagement scores, mood trends, and flagged events, fully accessible anytime.
Daily notifications keep families reassured and engaged, supporting trust and retention for your community.
What lands on your desk
A report at mid-cycle and again monthly: engagement, mood trends, flagged events, and family engagement — on every resident.
We never average sentiment across residents. A building-wide mood score would be meaningless. Every resident is measured only against themselves, over time — so what you take to a family or to your corporate office is a number that actually holds up.
The questions directors ask
Your team already does the part that matters most — the care, the presence, the knowing. What no one can do is sit with every resident, every day, and pick up each conversation where it left off. Every resident is a whole life history, held across shifts and turnover. That isn't a shortcoming of any team. It's beyond what any person can hold. Bella holds it, and what she learns sits underneath the care your staff gives, and supports it.
A check-in call asks a yes-or-no question and logs the answer. For a resident with dementia, that's often a call they can't complete and won't remember. Beloved Minds is built for dementia and Alzheimer's alone — every call tailored to the individual, their history, their level, their family's wishes. No check-in service lets a family decide how confusion is handled. None captures a resident's history. Ours does both. The conversation is the point. The data comes out of it.
General-purpose AI is built for people who can keep up with it — ask, answer, move on. Point that at a resident who needs a moment to find a word and it fails. Every meaningful choice here is a memory-care decision: Cognitive Engagement Level, Confusion Response Mode, and the choice to remember, so nothing starts over.
How it's built
Built for dementia and Alzheimer's alone — not adapted for it. Bella calls residents every day, adjusts to where each resident is in their journey, listens for what changes, and preserves what they leave behind. Everything below is built and owned by Beloved Minds.

The four that define us
Every resident is set to one of five engagement levels. At Level 1, Bella asks open-ended questions and follows wherever the conversation goes. At Level 5, she carries nearly all of it, weaving a resident's own family memories into one continuous story — they may not say anything back, but the memory is still theirs, and hearing it can still bring them joy.
Families choose how Bella responds when a resident is confused: agree, gently redirect, or offer a gentle correction. It's the single most consequential setting in memory care. Families make the call, and it's honored on every call — no resident is ever argued with or made to feel small.
The platform learns each resident's baseline, then alerts on three things: a drift across a series of calls, a sudden drop from one call to the next, or a trigger word in conversation. Confusion on its own is expected in memory care and never treated as an alarm. What reaches your team is what actually warrants attention.
Not every call produces one. But when a resident shares something that matters — a memory, a moment, something they'd want remembered — it becomes a formatted keepsake the family can keep and return to. The stories they tell, captured and preserved, so what they carry is never lost.

HIPAA-compliant, built with healthcare-grade security. Resident conversations and call data are encrypted, access-controlled, and handled to healthcare privacy standards.
Proof, not promises
Outcomes, measured from the first call. Every pilot is structured as a measurement study, not a trial run — engagement, sentiment, and family response tracked for each resident individually. We are also exploring independent academic review of what we find, and we'll publish the results here.
