A Beacon of Hope
Mission & vision
To change what dementia is allowed to take.
It will take memory. We understand that. But it does not have to take a person's place in the world, their sense of being known, or the record of who they were. Those are losses the world has simply come to expect — and we don't.
Every day, for as long as we're needed.
A world where no one with dementia is left alone with what they can no longer hold. Where the details fade and someone is there to fill them in — to tell the story back, to say the names, to remember out loud what a person can no longer remember for themselves.
A world where a life keeps growing even as memory recedes. Where the stories that were never told are captured before they're gone, and a family who has been grieving someone still living is given something to hold when the time comes — not a record of decline, but a portrait of a whole person.
And a world where the people who do this work every day feel it. Where a facility isn't carrying one more thing, but is prouder of the care they give because of what we bring to it.
Our values
Every resident deserves to be heard, remembered, and treated as a whole person regardless of what dementia has taken from them. Every family deserves honesty, respect, and genuine partnership. Dignity is not a feature of what we do. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
Facilities are not our customers. Families are not our users. They are our partners — and we are in this together for the long term. We measure our success by the depth of the relationships we build, not the number of contracts we sign.
Every element of Beloved Minds is built with purpose. The words our AI chooses. The way it listens. And especially the voice itself — crafted not just to be heard, but to be felt. The call does more than carry a conversation: it can ease anxiety, reduce isolation, and bring genuine comfort to a mind that needs it.
We measure what we do and we stand behind the results. If Beloved Minds is improving lives — we will show it. We pursue measurable impact, not just meaningful intentions. Our residents deserve more than good ideas. They deserve proof that those ideas are working.
We begin with 1% of net profit directed toward causes aligned with our mission and values — and as Beloved Minds grows, our giving grows substantially with it. This is not a policy. It is a promise.
Our team
Beloved Minds was not built by people who saw a market and built a product. It was built by people who have spent their lives in service to others — caring for them, advocating for them, keeping them safe, and solving their problems with efficiency, creativity, and genuine love.
Rebecca is a proven operator and a lifelong caregiver — and Beloved Minds sits exactly where those two things meet. Care work has been the throughline of her life: she began nannying at sixteen, spent more than a decade caring for children, ran her own in-home daycare, and has cared for elderly clients and walked their families through the hardest stretches of the journey. Most recently she was an owner-operator at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, where she entered an industry she knew nothing about and rose to the top of the company — breaking records at her grand opening and leading a high-performing site recognized repeatedly with company accolades.
Beloved Minds is personal. Rebecca's grandmother lived with Alzheimer's and her aunt with dementia, and she helped care for both. She knows firsthand the distance the disease creates — and what something like Beloved Minds would have meant. She leads sales, facility relationships, marketing, and strategic direction.
David is the kind of person who walks into any environment — an oil field, a semiconductor plant, a restaurant kitchen, a logistics operation — and figures out how to make it run better. He started at the ground level at Halliburton and earned a Safety Supervisor role through demonstrated competence and leadership. He deepened his technical expertise in electronic systems at AVX Electronic Corporation, worked as a gas technician at Micron Technology — where precision and safety are not optional — and has successfully operated a restaurant.
At Carson Oil he serves as Lead Class A Commercial Driver and Trainer, the person the company trusts to develop the next generation of drivers to the highest standard. He brings that same discipline and quiet generosity to every operational challenge, every facility onboarding, and every technical decision.
In loving memory
Beloved Minds began with the people we loved and cared for ourselves. Their memory guides every call we make.
Leaving a legacy
Every elder deserves dignity, connection, and care. Beloved Hands is how we carry that further than our own service can reach.
From our first paying facility, 1% of net profit goes to Beloved Hands, our charitable arm. As Beloved Minds grows, that commitment grows with it — rising, in time, to a permanent 10%.
Where does the support go? To elders who need it, in whatever form need takes. We'd rather say that honestly than promise specifics before we've learned them. We set the number now, at the beginning, when it costs us the most to promise it.
